SystemDox Plan

Turn an idea into board-ready work.

Describe a feature. Plan drafts epics and issues grounded in your docs and standards, populates a GitHub Project board and tracks progress until the agents — and the people — have shipped it.

Plan: eight plans in progress with their progress bars, from Department-Scoped MCP Access to Document Lifecycle and Retrieval
  1. Scoped by your docs

Plans are written against the library: the requirements, decisions and standards already there. An epic cannot ignore a decision your team agreed.

  2. Epics and issues on GitHub

The output is not a document. It is a GitHub Project board with epics, issues and dependencies your team already knows how to work.

  3. Progress you can see

Each plan shows done, in progress and to do at a glance, with the board one click away.

  4. Hand-off to agents

Issues carry the context an agent needs. Over SystemDox MCP, Claude Code, Codex or Cursor pick them up with your standards in reach.

  5. Drafts and history

Keep a draft until the scope is right. Every generated plan stays in the history.

  6. Standards-aware from the first line

The same tech stack, rules and checks your agents read shape the plan, so plan and implementation agree before work starts.

At PuglieseWeb

Every SystemDox and Evrella feature starts as a plan. Eight boards were in progress the day this screenshot was taken, from department-scoped MCP access to the document lifecycle work.

Every screenshot on this site is from our own workspace as it is today, not a mock-up. What you see is what runs.
